Grounded in occupational psychology, neuroscience and over 20 years of experience, every workshop combines evidence-based learning with practical tools participants can apply immediately. Recognising Stress Early: Preventing Burnout Before It Happens
Burnout develops gradually, not suddenly. Using my proprietary AURA Framework, participants learn to recognise where they sit on the stress–resilience continuum, identify their personal warning signs and understand how stress affects their wellbeing and performance.

Once people recognise when stress is becoming unhelpful, they need practical strategies to respond effectively. This interactive workshop introduces my Sustainable Performance Operating System, equipping participants with evidence-based tools to regulate stress, protect cognitive performance, restore energy and build sustainable ways of working.
